While the non-gaming world is only just catching onto the fun of escape rooms, we adventure gamers have known it for a long time in virtual form. We'll soon be getting another chance to flex our escape muscles (or more accurately, our escape brains) with DarkStoneDigital's upcoming Our Secret Below.

An enigmatic journal hinting at an incredible connection between the two, and a wondrous world beyond the boundaries of imagination. These are just the first few breadcrumbs to follow in Coatsink’s newly-released VR adventure, Shadow Point.

Many adventure games involve a voyage of some kind, but the title of indie developer Venturous's upcoming side-scroller leaves no doubt about it.

However, what if this situation were reversed, and the things we encountered in our dreams the night before were able to affect our waking world? This is the premise behind The Dreamcatcher, an upcoming first-person adventure game currently in development by Shanghai-based Huanlin Games.
