“Never be fooled by what you see on the outside, because on the inside it’s often a different story.” That’s the mantra that the two-man indie South African developer Givit Game Studios would like players to consider this September when they launch Into Eternity, a first-person point-and-click horror adventure that tasks players with exploring a large mysterious island to discover what secrets it hides.

Many adventures have players saving the world, or at least the day, from the clutches of evil, but the ultimate goal is far more important in indie Norse developer Arik Zurabian's upcoming point-and-click adventure that is currently seeking crowdfunding through Indiegogo and gives a whole new meaning to the term "drinking game."

Who says they don't make 'em like they used to? Sometimes they make 'em exactly like that, as in indie developer SuckerFree Games' newly-released MacVenture-styled horror adventure From Beyond: Prologue.
