German site Justgamers has reviewed Simon the Sorcerer 3D, giving it a score of 58 percent. As my German is a little rusty (understatement of the of the century), I'll pass on a summary of the article. Be sure to check out the handful of screenshots they included, though.

Adventure-Archiv has reviewed Simon the Sorcerer 3D, giving it a rating of 68 percent. On the plus side, the reviewer felt the game was funny, with good puzzles and more than enough gameplay. However, there is also mention of frustrating action sequences and far-too-huge worlds to explore.

As Jazz & Faust is about to hit the stores in America, 1C Company has told us of another adventure game they hope to release outside Russia. Clay Agent is, as the name implies, a game with claymation graphics. If you remember the The Neverhood you'll know how well it works for a comedy adventure game. There haven't been any claymation games since The Neverhood because, well, animating a character frame-by-frame is simply a painfully slow process. Still, Clay Agent has over 30 scenes full of hilarious animations. Although we still can't post any images on the site, you can check out this review on a Polish website which has a dozen of them in a gallery. Update: We've been told they actually have publishers for Clay Agent in Eastern Europe and Italy.

Quandary has posted an extensive list of Detective-style adventure games--everything from Black Dahlia to Tex Murphy to Spy Fox. Each game comes complete with a short description and a link to their respective review. If you're ever in the mood for a little investigating, be sure to check this out.

IGN.com has a preview of Syberia, the highly anticipated adventure game. There really isn't any new information, but it's worth checking out, nonetheless.The whole game is based around these brilliant and sometimes bizarre wind-up toys. Even the train that this lawyer travels around through the game is wind up. So sometimes when you stop, you'll need to figure out how to get the train wound up again to progress further into the game. The designers are endeavoring to integrate each puzzle as tightly as possible within the story. No more incongruous puzzles for you, nosiree.

Got Game Entertainment has announced that The Watchmaker began shipping this week. "The Watchmaker is destined to join the ranks of classic adventure games. For adventure game fans, old and new, this is the one you've been waiting for," said Got Game Entertainment President, Howard Horowitz, in a press release that was issued today. "Actually, this is a game for anyone who is a fan of mystery, intrigue, and loads of entertainment."

LucasGames has posted an interview, conducted during E3, with LucasArts' President Simon Jeffery and Public Relations Manager Tom Sarris. The interview covers such topics as changes to the company since Jeffery joined on, Full Throttle 2, and the "50/50" objective.

The Adrenaline Vault's Bob Mandel has reviewed Mystery of the Nautilus. He found the game well worth a purchase, despite the short length, timed sequences and "occasional tediousness."

The team at www.graphic-adventure.com has been hard at work on a game known only as GameX right now. It's a point and click adventure in the style of the original Monkey Island, with what looks to be a quirky and entertaining plot. The team has released a 'taster' of the demo, which isn't very playable but will give you an idea of how the final game will play. Adventure Gamers will keep an eye on this promising project! The trailer for the new sequel to The 7th Guest/11th Hour has just been made available for download at Just Adventure. This looks to be another promising game from Rob Landeros and David Wheeler.
