I’d like to propose a 1 day voting period. No disputes after voting ends. If you aren’t hardcore enough to visit the site in a 24 hour period, you clearly aren’t appropriate material for a CP.

First round: everyone can vote for multiple games

Second round in case of tie,
  - Only tied games are eligible for the vote

  - People who voted for only one game during the first round retain their vote for that game but they can recast their vote another game if they so wish

In the unlikely event there’s still a tie, the leader of the thread or score keeper will decide the winner

Please remove all my votes. I doubt a successful   AGCP can take place under these circumstances (I really hope so though). I’ll be back when the spirit around here gets better.

If it helps, I’ll be gone for a while. So everybody else can stay.

listen Sefir, you are not going anywhere, we are just glad to have you back, and i know that people tend to forget that these CPT were successful because you always handled them right everytime you were a leader, but me (along with many others) dont forget, its enough the many good members we had lost here on many occasions. don’t let me down.

I hope you’ll change your mind, Sefir.
Hopefully arguments over the voting process won’t spill into the playthrough thread itself.

I’m using this Dosbox with Windows install but it takes a bit of time to set it up.

Have you already tested it?

Yes. Works great

After hours of tinkering, I got windows 95 installed on Dosbox (it is not very straightforward). I have a question wilco, how do you get windows 95 installed in dosbox to recognize your cd drive?

I didn’t try that because I don’t have a cd drive on the desktop computer. I rip the cds and use Alcohol for Win98 to read the images.

Does it work when you mount the CD in DOSBox outside of Windows 95?
The DOSBox instructions at https://www.dosbox.com/wiki/MOUNT
say to use the command—
Z:\>MOUNT D D:\ -t cdrom

If your CD drive in Windows 7/8/10 is F: the command would be—
Z:\>MOUNT D F:\ -t cdrom

This works in Windows 3.1 in DOSBox, but I haven’t tried it with Windows 95.

If you want to try using drive images you’d use “imgmount” instead of “mount”
https://www.dosbox.com/wiki/IMGMOUNT

Loading more than one image

It is possible to mount more than one image, and then switch between them using ctrl-f4
IMGMOUNT.COM d c:\disk1.iso c:\disk2.iso ... -t cdrom

Thanks crabapple, I had tried that but windows 95 in dos box does not recognize the virtual drives. I did find this

http://dosbox95.darktraveler.com/guide part 4.html

Item 66, virtual clone drive might be useful. I will try using it and see how it works.
