Best rated Adventure Games page 263

Below you'll find an overview of Adventure Games that have received a very high rating based on our reviews, the list is sorted based on highest rated Adventure Game first combined with recency of the review we've done. Be sure to also check-out our Top 100 Adventure Games of all time, as well as the winners of the Adventure Game Awards (Aggies) that we hold on a yearly cadence.

Space Madness  (2011)

Space Madness has several highlights stemming mainly from its humour, but some poorly designed puzzles and plot limitations keep it from ever really taking off.

Trauma  (2011)

This experimental adventure has some interesting ideas and deserves credit for trying something different, but Trauma ends up feeling far too shallow and short.

Tales from the Dragon Mountain: The Strix  (2011)

The lack of story and overly simplified gameplay make this trip up Dragon Mountain a long way to go for very little reward.

Odissea - An Almost True Story  (2011)

Despite its limited production quality and linear gameplay, Odissea is an inspired adaptation of the Greek epic that will entertain you with its offbeat plot and quirky humour if you wish to adventure with the great Ulysses on a budget.

Sherlock Holmes and the Mystery of Osborne House  (2010)

The not-so-mysterious Mystery of Osborne House can be mildly entertaining, but its run-of-the-mill puzzles and weak plot make for a fairly average Sherlock Holmes adventure.

Mystery Case Files: The Malgrave Incident  (2011)

When the dust settles, the Wii-exclusive Malgrave Incident proves distinctly inferior to its PC predecessors apart from its multiplayer functionality.

The Rockin’ Dead  (2011)

It’s an intriguing novelty for a while, but even stereoscopic 3D can’t raise The Rockin’ Dead completely up from the story and gameplay failings it’s buried under.

City of Secrets  (2011)

City of Secrets is a memorable adventure game for a few too many wrong reasons, but based on your taste in humor and tolerance for confusing puzzles, it may be worth playing for its weirdness quotient alone.

Back to the Future: Episode 4 - Double Visions  (2011)

The fourth episode feels like a trip back in time with a bland storyline that treads familiar territory and fails to overcome the uninspiring gameplay.
