Back to the Future: Episode 2 - Get Tannen!  (2011)

The novelty has worn off a bit and the second episode feels a bit rushed, but Get Tannen! still manages to deliver a reliably fun time.

Edna & Harvey: The Breakout  (2011)

Edna & Harvey has an old-school flavor with many of the same annoyances as older games, but many positive surprises as well.

Blue Madonna – A Carol Reed Mystery  (2011)

Blue Madonna is another nice, relaxing adventure with detective Carol Reed spent exploring the scenic Swedish sights while solving an engaging mystery.

Doctor Who: Evacuation Earth  (2010)

It’s let down a bit by quality control issues, but Evacuation Earth is largely successful in melding the Doctor Who feel with Professor Layton gameplay.

Gray Matter  (2011)

Jane Jensen's trademark storytelling ensures Gray Matter is a good game, but an overall lack of polish keeps it from meeting the massive expectations of an instant classic.

Mystery Case Files: 13th Skull  (2010)

Mystery Case Files: 13th Skull is an engaging, impressively produced casual adventure hybrid, though at times it’s slow slogging through the deceptively languid, charming Southern bayou.

Scarlett Adventures: Episode 1 - Scarlett and the Spark of Life  (2010)

Although quite short and light on challenge, this is the kind of sparky, fun adventure I hope to see more of on iDevices very soon.

Earl Bobby is Looking for a Loo  (2010)

Far from being a crap game, Earl Bobby’s first commercial adventure will leave players feeling flushed with happiness, though not for very long.

RHEM 4: The Golden Fragments  (2010)

Those who loved RHEM in the past will be happy with the latest instalment, but it’s a very distinct taste that certainly isn’t for anyone without a sharp eye, patience for obtuse puzzles, a willingness to explore lonely worlds, and lots of writing paper for notes.

Midnight Mysteries: Salem Witch Trials  (2010)

If you’re looking for a haunted tour through one of Nathaniel Hawthorne’s classic stories, this lite adventure through 17th and 19th century New England proves to be a fun, spooky time.

Professor Layton and the Unwound Future  (2010)

The Unwound/Lost Future is another polished Layton adventure for puzzle lovers, although both the challenges and storyline are slightly lackluster this time around.

The Adventures of Willy Beamish  (1991)

Some action scenes may be frustrating, but the over-the-top events, strong characters, and strange sense of humour make playing Willy Beamish feel like you are actually living out a cartoon.
