Or just
>clip nose

then write again. I’m pretty sure we need to turn the sprinkler on to stop itching so what else do we have to burn?

>cover nose with binder clip
I’m confused about what you are wanting to do.

You are indescribably itchy.

>clip nose
You’ve put the binder clip on your nose.

You are indescribably itchy.

>write
(first moving chair to desk)
The chair is back by the desk where it should be.

(then sitting on chair)
You are scratching yourself as soon as you start trying to type.  You itch all over.  It’s just getting worse as the purple gunk soaks in.

>i
You’re carrying fake snow, a coaster, a cap, a pen, a small chip, a bit of lilac thread, a rubber square, a lighter, an empty plastic bottle, a notebook and a fabulously intricate origami trophy, and you’re wearing the platyPod.

You also have gum in your ears and a binder clip on your nose.

You’re looking out the window again.  Brown things are emerging from the holes.  Mole people!  The alien is free now and is standing back, applauding.

You are indescribably itchy.

(last try: itchy)

Hooray! Julia’s perfume is no longer distracting us.

>burn notebook
Given your conviction that you must have a pen and notebook handy in order to write on your computer, you’d better not.

You are indescribably itchy.

>burn coaster
Turns out the coating on the Bucky Badger coaster is one of the most flammable substances I’ve ever seen.  It burns stupendously!  The smoke makes you cough for a few minutes, but the office is drafty enough that it clears.  Yay!

You are indescribably itchy.

>x wastebasket
(standing up first)
It’s the standard issue University Dreary metal wastebasket.

Inside the wastebasket are some charred remains.

You are indescribably itchy.

I remember that there was a pipe with a bulge? what can we do with it?

> x pipe
> x bulge

Maybe we can use the origami as a blind since it was a banner originally

>burn origami
That’s a lot of paper.  It goes up in flames nicely, but the smoke drives you out of your office.  Julia grins wickedly at you as she pulls the fire alarm.

Hee!  That tickles!

[Previous turn undone.]

>burn chip
Come on, it’s a lovely little chip I made for you.  Don’t make it all melty.

You are indescribably itchy.

>burn fake snow
I don’t see what you are talking about.

>burn snow
I don’t see how you’d be able to burn that.

Primrose sings about a boy at work who notices what books she reads.  You do not notice.

You are indescribably itchy.

>burn sprinkler
(first taking the sprinkler)
That isn’t really something you can carry around your office.

You are indescribably itchy.

>x pipe
The garish chrome pipe was obviously added sometime after the building was built, in response to some amendment to the fire code.  It is flush against the wall and runs all the way up to a sprinkler that is only a few inches from the ceiling.

You are indescribably itchy.

>x bulge
I don’t see what you are talking about.

>attach origami to blind
I feel a bit like you are just trying random things as a way of procrastinating.

You are indescribably itchy.

>put origami on sill
I don’t see what the point of trying to put the spectacularly intricate origami trophy on the sill would be.

You are indescribably itchy.

>burn itinerary
(first taking my itinerary)
Whoosh!  I LOVE FIRE!  You torch my itinerary and discard the remains in the wastebasket.

Primrose sings about how she is very quiet even when you get to know her.

You are indescribably itchy.

What if we stand near the sprinkler on the chair or something and then burn stuff? Just a suggestion, and no, I haven’t looked at a walkthrough.

I was thinking about that, but better to undo the last one…

>push chair to sprinkler
>climb chair

Now I have that “She’s Come Undone” song in my head.

[Previous turn undone.]

>push chair to sprinkler
If you want to move your yellow chair, possible places are to the DESK (where the chair is), to the DOOR, to the CORNER by the cactus, or to the BOOKCASE.

Primrose sings about how she is very quiet even when you get to know her.

You are indescribably itchy.

>move chair to door
The chair is now by the door.

You are indescribably itchy.

>stand on it
The chair wobbles as you stand on it again.  (Also, this cannot be good for the upholstery.)

You are indescribably itchy.

>burn itinerary
(getting off chair first)
(first taking my itinerary)
Whoosh!  I LOVE FIRE!  You torch my itinerary and discard the remains in the wastebasket.

You are indescribably itchy.

>undo
Time travel makes me twitchy.

[Previous turn undone.]

>pull pipe
(getting off chair first)
I’m sorry if I’m being obtuse, plucky wombat, but I don’t understand what that would accomplish.

You are indescribably itchy.

>unfold origami
What?  I spent two full days making that.  I can’t see any reason why you’d want to unfold it.

You are indescribably itchy.

What?  I spent two full days making that.  I can’t see any reason why you’d want to unfold it.

You’re looking out the window again.  The park is full now, zombies dancing with pirates, aliens drinking with mole people.

You are indescribably itchy.

>attach it to blind
I don’t see what the purpose of doing that would be.

You are indescribably itchy.

>cover window with origami
(putting the miraculously intricate origami trophy on the sill)
I don’t see what the point of trying to put the fabulously intricate origami trophy on the sill would be.

You are indescribably itchy.

SIGH…

Otherwise, I’m a bit stuck…

You may be on to something.

>burn cactus
When my brother did his year abroad in the US, it was at a place called the Burning Cactus ranch.  Did I ever tell you that?  I guess I must’ve.  Anyway, it would be fabulous to set the cactus on fire, but you don’t seem to be able to manage it with the lighter.

You are indescribably itchy.

We can ask for a HINT.

>put itinerary on cactus
You need to be holding my itinerary before you can put it on top of something else.

You are indescribably itchy.

>get it
Yours, mintchip.

Primrose sings about how she uses a green pen when she writes about the recurrent dream with the seahorses.  You are unperturbed.

You are indescribably itchy.

>put it on cactus
Putting things on the giant cactus would achieve nothing.

You are indescribably itchy.

>burn itinerary on cactus
I only understood you as far as wanting to burn my itinerary.

>get stool
I don’t know why you’d want to carry the broken pieces of the stool around the office.

You are indescribably itchy.

>burn stool
Wow.  That was spectacular the way the flames spread from the stool to the floor and walls.  Unfortunately, you won’t get any writing done today now that you’ve no office and are being held in police custody.
