Had a very unfestive birthday and christmas - but I guess that’s part of getting older 
Frankly, some year I’d like to just be at home and not make much of a fuss. Just some of the best foods and that’s it…
Give a few years and I’m sure I’ll be like E. Scrooge 
(Not that I maybe wouldn’t like a moderate party sometime, were it organized in a way as to be entertaining but then again, I tend not to like parties…)
Must be way late for me to ramble on about utter pointless stuff like this!

Me and my wife split up on Christmas Eve. I totally fell apart and have been full of self pity.

Question: why is the American Mid-West located in the Eastern part of the USA?
I’m guessing because they started colonising from East to West, and they didn’t know how wide the continent was going to be until they finally got to the other side, so every step along the way was just “the West”, and by the time they eventually hit the Pacific there was more West than anything and they never bothered to reclassify it.

I also thought of that. It must be something like that. We have something similar in Amsterdam, where there is a ‘‘New Church’ that is 600 years old.
Almost all of you people are so last year!!
How’s it going for y’all over there in 2012? Even Sweden is there still for, like, over five minutes…
