I am certain that we could get David to join us also, his comments would add a lot to the CPT.

I’m having both my arms twisted for ‘Shivers’
There, did I do good?

I thinbk I see the beginnings to the idea behind Phantazmagoria, No, I do not want to play through that one again.

I tink, derefore, I am.

Just in time, when I nearly finished playing Unavowed Grin Oh well, if Gilbert joins I might go for the second playthrough with another protagonist and set of characters for each level. I’m not casting my vote, but I’m potentially ready. Shivers seems to be too hardcore for people.

Only if you really want to play it. Smile

Doom,
I often replay games right away, just to see what I missed.

That was a bit tacky. Raedwulf and I are old friends from the compuserve GAMERS forum. and, yes, I’ve done a bit of arm twisting. As has his wife. who is another old friend from the GAMERS forum. In fact I attended their wedding. If this is arm twisting, I’ve seen much worse.

My response to Raedwulf was made in jest, Tim.

I have PMed Dave Gilbert, and he is willing to be pumping in at Unavowed CPT (if it happened) from time to time (due to his busy time with the release), but certainly, he will be available to leave his crucial comments thru gameplay process.

I’m not sure if I see a pattern developing. But if it is, I’m not sure I like it. My thinking was that the AGCPT tended to veer towards playing of classic games that we all wanted to replay, but didn’t want to do so alone. Now it appears that AGCPT is skewing to games that were released last Wednesday.

It will be what it will be. But, if the current trend holds I doubt I will be participating in another playthrough.

There are months, if not years to decide whether the current “flame game” is even worth replaying, let alone being up for consideration as an AGCPT candidate.

Of course I would like to play Shivers. It’s been a strong candidate for quite some time. It’s due to win just like Al Emmo was due in its time.

If it’s Gilbert that’s the main draw for a game that is a love/hate relationship on the game’s thread, I’ll try to help ID, and see if I can find Willie Eide, who was the developer of the puzzle graphics.
