Life is Strange
Excellent but same day as Witcher 3 is not good, but Witcher can wait 2-3 hours
It’s so you’d have something to play while The Witcher downloads…
The truth can’t hurt you, it’s just like the dark: it scares you witless but in time you see things clear and stark. - Elvis Costello
Maybe this time I can be strong, but since I know who I am, I’m probably wrong. Maybe this time I can go far, but thinking about where I’ve been ain’t helping me start. - Michael Kiwanuka
Dreamfall and TftBorderlands can learn a bit or two about episode delivery speed.

I know right! I swear it was like the other week when I played episode 2! Great stuff But yeah, I agree. Telltale/Red thread games need to get their shit together…
Even though they’re sticking to their 6-8 schedule more or less, I still reckon it’s taken too long between episodes.
Then again, I do really, REALLY like this game.
I sometimes wish they’d only start releasing the game with, say, 3 episodes already in the can. A bit of a longer wait for the last few, but at least the first few would get more timely release.
I agree, it takes too long and I lose the plot between each installment. Gotta learn to treat these as unreleased before the final episode is available.
Duckman: Can you believe it? Five hundred bucks for a parking ticket?
Cornfed Pig: You parked in a handicapped zone.
Duckman: Who cares? Nobody parks there anyway, except for the people who are supposed to park there and, hell, I can outrun them anytime.
4 weeks is probably the optimal time between episodes for a game like this. The 6-7 week schedule this is on is tolerable. Dreamfall Chapters is probably a little too slow.
I do like episodic games when they’re done well though. When it’s done right I don’t find myself wishing I treated them as one big game. The format can work well.
I’m not having a problem remembering the story with LiS, possibly because I have multiple playthroughs of it going on at once, and possibly because I’ve been keeping an interest in it online via official sites/online forums et al in between eps. I guess that helps.
It is a big issue with recent Telltale games though. Game of Thrones I have absolutely NO recollection of what’s happened previously (even with the “previously on” bit) and even something I enjoy like Borderlands it takes me a while to remember where I’m at.
So, anyone else finished Episode 3?
Most of it was ok, more of the same cool stuff, the dialogue did feel a bit more forced sometimes. Some tender moments swimming pool scene and breakfast with Joy, more decent time puzzles and exploration. Kates fate seemed to matter and change some things
But the final part caught me off-guard, great moment, I like the risks they are taking. They always seem to finish the episodes on a high note. Can’t wait to see where they go from here.
I think it’s the best overall episode to date on pretty much every level and the ending definitely has a lot of potential in a positive way. It does have a potential negative as well in that I’m assuming you’re going to be able to change the timeline back to some extent, but if not, every choice you made to this point doesn’t matter due to the new timeline. But with that being said, I like where it’s going a lot.
I concur. Great stuff.
I knew something bad would happen at the end, but this was just cruel!
Can’t wait for the next episode.
Recently completed: Game of Thrones (decent), Tales from the borderlands (great!), Life is Strange (great!), Stasis (good), Annas Quest (great!); Broken Age (poor)

I’m assuming it’s going to be completely reverted and maybe he’ll have the choice to tell Chloe or not about it. Still think it was a great moment with a powerful impact in the storyline.
About the choices : I stole the money and left the gun in the RV trailer. I think these might backfire…
I also kissed Chloe and didn’t hurt the dog but almost everybody chose that
I didn’t take the money, but I did take the gun. Don’t trust him having it.
I get this feeling all our choices will matter in the end, but we’ll get given a choice as to which “road” to take at the end.

The important question I have is… has anyone not overwatered Max’s plant?

Wait, the plant dies if you water it in both previous episodes?
Mine was dead but I just assumed I forgot to do it…
