INDIKA: A Divine adventure now on next-gen consoles

The second coming has finally arrived! The arthouse adventure game, INDIKA, has made its debut on PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S. The game, known for its thought-provoking exploration of faith, God, and religion, was released by 11 bit studios and developer Odd Meter. Alongside the game's release, a new "11 Facts" trailer has also been unveiled, offering a glimpse into the peculiar world of INDIKA.

The "11 Facts" trailer is anything but ordinary, showcasing the many unique elements that INDIKA brings to the gaming landscape. The game features unconventional heroines from the Russian Orthodox Church, with gameplay mechanics that include praying. The trailer also introduces players to the devil, a travel companion who whispers blasphemously in your ear throughout the game. You can check out the trailer here:

INDIKA blends gameplay elements from adventure TPP games, including challenging environmental puzzles and hints of platforming. This game offers more than meets the eye, captivating both audiences and critics alike, with an impressive aggregate review score of 80/100. The game's aesthetics, design, and gameplay are heavily influenced by its mix of genres. It delivers cinematic storytelling reminiscent of the arthouse works of Yorgos Lanthimos, Ari Aster, and Darren Aronofsky. The game seeks to touch on philosophical beliefs and provoke reflection on delicate themes. INDIKA is now available on Steam, Xbox Series X|S, and PlayStation 5. A portion of the revenue generated from the game will be donated to aid children affected by the war in Ukraine.
