Selfloss: A Slavic-Inspired gaming experience on PS5

Selfloss, a deeply emotive narrative game developed by Goodwin Games and published by Maximum Entertainment, has just launched its first demo, now available on PlayStation 5. This epic journey takes players into a stunning Slavic-inspired landscape, rich with lore and centered around a whale-worshipping world. The game's protagonist, a healer named Kazimir, embarks on a quest to find a cure for a mysterious disease that has overrun the world.

The game has been described as a dark fantasy action-adventure set in a post-apocalyptic fantasy land. Players will control Kazimir and his magical staff independently, using them to solve complex puzzles and engage in strategic, dynamic combat. The game's world is vast and full of secrets to uncover, inspired by Slavic and Icelandic myths and the vast landscapes of Iceland. The developers have also incorporated themes of grief, loss, ecology, and conservation into the story, creating an immersive and moving experience for players.

The first chapter of the Selfloss gameplay is now available to try in the demo on PlayStation 5, and can also be found on Steam. Players can get a taste of the game's stunning visuals and narrative depth in the latest Selfloss trailer:

Physical versions of the game will also be coming to PS5 and Nintendo Switch, with pre-orders available now at all major retailers.
