R64 Bracket 5 - The Big AG VS Tournament
... and Larry himself is portrayed as pretty pathetic guy instead of some stud that conquers object-like women.
Yeah it is the pathetic guy / looser, with a view on women, pickup lines and a leisure suit that by the time of the first games was already outdated by some 20 years, and of course the fact that he doesn’t realise this himself but has an overinflated view of himself, that has always appealed to me. Whenever playing the games, I can’t help but to sympathize with him, and hope that he finally finds what he is truly looking for.

I was really disappointed by some of the commentary on Reloaded. I try not to be dismissive of what other people find offensive, but I did feel like that game had far more smarts to it then what it was given credit for.
Alas, this is about number 7, which was as fun as any of the previous incarnations, and featured a crazy-good interface.

This might not be totally kosher, since it´s the only Larry game I haven´t played (and I probably wouldn´t do it if there was any chance of the vote changing anything). But I loved the rest of them when I was a kid/teen and everybody´s praising 7 as the best of them.
And while Machinarium is a nice game, I didn´t like it as much as Botanicula…

Shitty 3D graphics, great game.

Haven´t played Myst III, but it´s not my kind of game and GF is probably my #1.

1: I love Machinarium, but I haven’t played LSL7 yet and I have no idea which I would prefer.
3: SQ4 is a nice game, but I think I would prefer GK3 if I had played it. I don’t feel confident enough to cast a vote, though…
