Control A Real Human Being (and not an in-game character)
My vote doesn’t change: Gemini Rue is a good starting point…
The truth can’t hurt you, it’s just like the dark: it scares you witless but in time you see things clear and stark. - Elvis Costello
Maybe this time I can be strong, but since I know who I am, I’m probably wrong. Maybe this time I can go far, but thinking about where I’ve been ain’t helping me start. - Michael Kiwanuka
Ta to all who passed an opinion. Just loaded and started Gemini Rue.
Two immediate “problems”. Sub-titles can’t be turned off! I hate that.
There’s action sequences apparently. I know this because there’s an option to change combat down to easy (which I’ve done) but we’ll see how it pans out. I’m not against them totally providing they’re in context - by and large, Tex, X-Files, Black Dahlia did this reasonably well so let’s hope the same is true here.
Life is what it is.
Yeah, there are a few instances where you have a shoot-out. It’s explained pretty well, and isn’t overly difficult. Plus it’s mostly within context…

I agree, the action sequences have context just to add a bit to the tension an there are few and really short and easy.
