It could, but it’s not.
Maybe this hint is too obvious, but the game has been suggested as a CPT.
edit: this game has haunted me for a while, but it resurfaced, appearing on GOG and recently on Steam as well.

Of course it is! Darn, that screenshot gave it away. I really like that game, catacombs notwithstanding. Not very challenging, but what a great atmosphere, and I love the voice acting.

The first one is Fentible from Starship Titanic.
You got it, LittleRose! The second one is, of course, the parrot. After I posted, I realized Fentible didn’t have any other memorable lines, except “Don’t forget to push the button on the plinth.” I figured our feathered nemesis would help identify the game.
