Nekromantik 2

Yep, strange is not it?

As they say about tastes there is nothing written (or something like that), or as you said ...“One man’s trash is another man’s treasure.”

: )

Also I could put those same gifs for other movies that many of you have chosen, believe me.

Its not the choice, its the film itself to which these gifs were directed to.
Never knew about this film, but checked it on youtube, whole film is uploaded,
that last scene, is the sickest shit i experienced.

If you find that stuff good, check Childofgod based on the Book by Author of Road.
Atleast Necrophilia was less gross.

I recognize that may be rather strong for those unprepared or for mass public in gral, but hey, after all I was a mod at a forum on extreme, bizarre and strange cinema. I spent countless hours watching such films and Nekromantik was and still is one of my favorites in this area. Long life for Jörg Buttgereit.

James Franco’s film? okay.

His acting was among the best work to ever grace hollywood.
You will agree just watch it.
whole film makes The Road looks like a walk in the garden.

Takeshi mike started the torture porn genre, EliRoth and Quentin copy him alot.
Japanese films are already crazy but Mike take shit to another level.

The most disturbing stuff i loathe in cinema and which does not qualify as art or movie or anything is The siberian film, just plain disturbing mind , pure satanic mind, if you had mentioned that i would be worried then.

6. Adam Sandler

Could I change your mind a little with Punch-Drunk Love?

and have you ever finished watching: Jack and Jill, Grown ups, That’s my boy, and many others.
I do agree that punch-drunk love is a good movie/performance but it doesn’t cancel out all the others (my opinion)

Torture porn a modern term coined by a critic who did not know what was seeing and was later used to encapsulate films like Hostel. In any case I don’t think Takashi Miike has begun the misnamed torture porn subgenre, and I think it would be a way to almost despise his work, before him Japanese cinema had already dabbled in those environments with more than interesting results.

Japanese cinema has always been a source of constant transgressions showing originality in some cases without fear of breaking certain taboos, with a lot of craziness, sometimes more explicit and sometimes more surreal, films like Hausu is an example of so, ah, and I don’t want to forget another of my favorites: Shin’ya Tsukamoto

Oh…The Serbian film, loved and hated in equal measures, disturbing yes, however there are some scenes that seem funny more than anything else imo, anyway far it is to be among the strongest…  let’s say 5 that have been filmed. The Life and Death of a Porn Gang is another disturbing Serbian movie of the same year, is also strong but much better film, in terms of content, depth of character and power of its images, with less recognition than the last.

Well yeah snuff insane stuff like you mentioed existed in the bottom of dark depths of low budget niche cinema, it was not untill Hostel, which made a commercial breakthrough and was actually much crafty in film production than cheap japanese or other snuff films.
And beautifully shot.

Its not normal though.
In any case.

Snuffs films? They are not snuffs films, at least none that I mentioned.

...was actually much crafty in film production than cheap japanese..

Personally I prefer any of those Japanese productions rather than some of Eli Roth’s films. And I don’t really care too much if Eli Roth is a psychopath or if he paid to make it seem that he’s a psycopath and sell his image as such, he is a mediocre film director in my opinion, and that’s what counts.  What has he done? Cabin Fever, Hostel? (Twice) and what else? Knock Knock? Wow… That was terrible.

Green inferno did good profit,
Also,

Knockknock was great, thanks to his wife stripping naked.
Hostel, Cabinfever ....he has great taste in women.
His gore scenes are more realstic, not cheap effects like Nekromantik or Mike films.
His women are always better looking.

His execution is better no matter how braindead. He even pushed Reeves to win oscar,
But Reeves failed,

Grin
