How iGaming Developer PoggiPlay is Redefining Adventure Slots

While the online casino/mobile industry continues its upward growth trajectory, the competition between game software developers and online casinos remains fierce. For software developers, the competition flows through each developer's ability to innovate new types of online casino games that will appeal to players worldwide.

Since the company was founded in 2020, PoggiPlay has been creating online/mobile video slots. As its target of innovation, the software developer has successfully found a way to integrate two (2) forms of online entertainment seamlessly. While each game is technically serving as a video slot, they include elements of casual mobile gaming. The combination of these two gaming formats has consistently resulted in an exciting online gambling experience for players.

From an online casino's perspective, casual mobile video slots open the door to more players who enjoy casual mobile games and wouldn't mind adding a gambling component.

About PoggiPlay Games

To date, PoggiPlay's game developers have created 15 exciting video slots. Each game has been created on a simple API platform that makes it easy to integrate them across hundreds of online casino sites. Using the HTML5 software creation tool, they have successfully added value-driven game features like free spins and interactive bonus features.

As for the software developer's game creation strategy, they have clearly decided to keep it simple. The five-step process includes:

  • Brainstorming or idea creation

  • Design of game characters and symbols

  • Game development via HTML5 technology

  • Game certification

  • Release to online casino operators worldwide

The fourth step, game certification is of interest. Before a software developer can release an online casino game for public consumption, the game has to go through an auditing process with a third-party auditing firm. The purpose of the audit is to test the game's "Randon Number Generator" to ensure is it delivering random results that cannot be manipulated. If a game passes muster, it gains coveted certification as a fair video slot.

It's worth noting that the company has a few hidden secrets related to its game development process. Its unwillingness to share that information with online casino operators and the slot-playing community points to something that must be worth protecting from the competition.

PoggiPlay Game Review

The best way for you to get a sense of what PoggiPlay has to offer as an online slot software developer is to feature a few of the developer's most impressive games. These include some absolute gems which have proven popular with US online casinos and others across the globe.

We have selected three for your viewing pleasure: Deadly Diamond, Fuzzy Wuzzy, and Super City. You will note that all three of these games have been inspired by mobile video games that we all love to play.

Deadly Diamond: The game was inspired by action movies/games like Indiana Jones. The player's goal is to select a stepping-stone path that will safely lead them to the game's end where big bonuses await.

The game-play matrix has 9 stone steps and 4 stone paths from which players can choose to get the blue-lit skull at the end of the game. As players select their next step, they do have the ability to choose a stone on another path. As they progress, they can accumulate bonus multipliers along the way.

If they bust out, they go back to the beginning and start a new game. If they successfully make it to the end, they will be rewarded with winnings that are calculated based on the wager amount x (times) any bonus multiplies that they accumulated on their path to victory. As a caveat, players will always have the option to opt out of the game and collect any funds they have accumulated up to the point of opting out.

Fuzzy Wuzzy: The game was inspired by social media games like Gems or Candy Crush. This one plays a little more like a conventional video slot.

The unique game-play matrix features 15 uneven reels and 8 uneven rows. As players spin the reels, the icons are filled with various gems. If an appropriate number of symbols align, two things happen, First, the player gets paid their winnings. Then the winning alignments are removed and a cascading feature drops new symbols in place for more potential winnings. The game also features multiplies and the ability to buy into bonus games.

Super City: This game was inspired by city-building games like Cityville and Sim City.

The unique game-play matrix features 6 uneven reels and 5 uneven rows. As players spin the reels, parts of building structures will fill the matrix. If any spot is sufficient to serve as a foundation, a cascading effect will deliver more building components. As the building process advances, players earn more money and the chance for multipliers.

Summary: The online/mobile casino software development community needs more developers like PoggiPlay. The developer's innovative way of presenting video slots shows there is more than "one way to skin a cat."
