Chemicus: Journey to the Other Side (2002) is one of a series of edutainment games developed by Heureka-Klett. It’s a Mystian game with chemistry-based puzzles and an encyclopedia.

I had always wanted to play one of these German educational games because they often feature in MMFT, but there had been a great risk of learning something in the process so I just gave up the idea.

I don’t mind learning something new, provided the proces is effortless. Somehow that is never the case. I’m currently playing J.U.L.I.A. and loving it, but I know my puzzle limits. I have already looked at a walkthrough.

Off topic: Is there an English version of Opera Fatal? Did someone actually play such a version?

I liked Chemicus, although I found the encyclopedia a bit overwhelming at times, mostly in the way it was structured. Bioscopia and Physicus had reference sections that were much easier to use.
