That’s difficult Iznogood as sometimes some players seem to suss things out ahead so I’ll try these:

Resonance (although there might have been some clues it was a surprise the way it went towards the end)
Sherlock Holmes vs Jack the Ripper (that was a complete surprise too!)
& then possibly Paradise (the woman went to a lot of bother to find her father for what?) and/or GK2 (I never imagined that the ending would be as it was!)

I don’t know whether that’s what you had in mind for plot twists so await confirmation Iznogood! (unless anyone else posts something better!)

- The big twist in Gemini Rue. I was too focused on both aspects taking place simultaneously with both characters being brothers.

- The Ace Attorney games are full of them, but maybe the most memorable one is in Phoenix Wright, Ace Attorney - Trials and Tribulations. The end of the second case’s first day. You proved your client couldn’t have commited the robbery by proving he was at another location at the time of the robbery. Case won, right? Wrong! A murder occured at the same time of the robbery, at the location that you just proved your client to be. Enjoy the next day of trial!

- The true ending of 999: Nine Hours, Nine Persons, Nine Doors. Doubles as a mindfuck / head asplode.

Here’s one for kate me: name 3 adventure games that feature a snowman.

Edit: darn, typed for too long and chrissie beat me to it. Chrissie, if you want to change the question, go right ahead. Tongue

Maybe this time I can be strong, but since I know who I am, I’m probably wrong. Maybe this time I can go far, but thinking about where I’ve been ain’t helping me start. - Michael Kiwanuka

Well it is a bit more of a subjective thing then the rest in this thread, this also means that there really isn’t any wrong aswers, as long as it came as a surprice for you.

So both yours and Tims answer is accepted.

And both Resonance and Gemini Rue was also on my own list.
