Sorry for the dumb Q.. but i was wondering (1st time) about activision control over the creators rights since there were no intellectual rights at the time .
also as Al has trouble til now with Larry IP (that what i heard of Paul at some Interview) and had only been able to get licence to for LSL remake , as anyone else’s would .
with no consideration ... (yea consideration.. how naive!) .

Not sure what you mean when you said there were no intellectual rights at the time. There were rights at that time, and they belonged to Sierra, and now Activision owns it. So the money from the sale goes to Activision. None of it go to the people you mentioned.
