To Hell With the Ugly, the latest adventure game by La Poule Noire and ARTE France, is now available on Steam, PS4/5, Nintendo Switch, and Xbox S/X. Based on Boris Vian's classic novel, the game combines murder, investigation, and humor to create a thrilling experience for players.
This marks the sixteenth video game co-produced and edited by ARTE, and the first to be released on all consoles simultaneously. As he uncovers the truth behind his abduction, players will explore Los Angeles' darkest corners, interview locals, and interact with the environment. The game features turn-based fights and investigations, requiring timing and precision. With a provocative and burlesque narrative, To Hell With the Ugly challenges the superficiality of societal expectations and delves into the world of organized crime in 1950s LA.
