TAC details Keepsake enhancements
Many North American adventure fans were disappointed that The Adventure Company pushed its projected release of Keepsake date from February to April. However, the publisher has now detailed the improvements planned that necessitated the delay.
The new changes will include:
New voiceovers for various characters including: Mustavio, Celeste, young Celeste, Elvander, and Zak
The addition of an in-game map
Fine-tuned dialogue to minimize repetitive scripts
Enlarged hotspots making navigation more fluid and intuitive
Improved pathfinding with Zak and Lydia
For anyone who read our hands-on preview of the previous version, it will come as welcome news that the key weaknesses in the game are being addressed before release. The fantasy adventure is scheduled to hit store shelves in North America on April 18th.
Note that these changes do not apply to the release of Keepsake by Lighthouse Interactive, which is now available in the UK and elsewhere throughout Europe.
