Her Interactive signs deal with Infogrames
Her Interactive, the development studio most known for its Nancy Drew detective adventures, has announced that it has signed an affiliated label deal with Infogrames. The press release also provides some new information on their upcoming releases:
"The two upcoming Her Interactive games tap into everyone's interest in solving a mystery. In Nancy Drew: Secret of the Scarlet Hand, an internship at a famous museum offers Nancy a crash course in Mayan culture. Suddenly the museum alarms sound; a priceless Mexican relic has been stolen, and the only clue is a sinister scarlet handprint. As Nancy Drew, players investigate a string of mysterious thefts to uncover a long-buried secret.
In Nancy Drew: Ghost Dogs of Moon Lake, a friend's frantic note sends Nancy on the trail of a mysterious pack of dogs, whose glowing eyes and mournful howls threaten to chase the girls away forever. Locals say that the dogs have come back from the grave to protect the secrets of their master. Nancy must figure out if the ghostly legends are true or if there is a flesh and blood answer to their howling.
Secret of the Scarlet Hand will be available in mid-September while Ghost Dogs of Moon Lake is due out in November. Both games carry an ESRB rating of "E" (Everyone) and will be available for $19.99 (SRP)."
