What’s inside the box? (guessing game)
Does the game have graphics?
Does this text adventure also have graphics?
Edit: Hah. You beat me to it, Chrissie!

Great minds think alike Lady kestrel!
Was the game based on an existing intellectual property?
Does the game have graphics?
None.

Based on? I’m going with a no.

i am outta here!, not my field of expertise
Ah but before i go, is it infocom?
Was the game made by Infocom?
Is there more than one game in the series?

Ok not based on, maybe bad choice of words there. Does it exist within the world of an existing IP, or does it use characters from an existing IP etc.. that’s what my original question was supposed to mean

It wasn’t.

I’ll stick with the no. It doesn’t exist within the world of an existing IP or (quite) use characters from an existing IP.
Part of the game does quote from another work, though.
Colossal Cave is the only non-Infocom text adventure I know, so that’ll be my guess. (And it’s probably wrong, since I don’t see how it connects to “Victory”.)
Or Softporn adventure?
If not, was it released before 1985?
