Adventure game scene… uh, game (continued)
Is it that awful Dark Secrets game from last year?
Yes it is Zifnab - actually I liked the game but it could have been better! Your turn!
This one reminds me of The Dark Half.
Everybody wants to be Cary Grant.
Even Me.

That’s right.
Now to complete the trilogy you have to post another game with “Dark” in the title. Or else… very bad things will, er… happen.
It doesn’t get darker than WWII, so:
Everybody wants to be Cary Grant.
Even Me.

That reminds me of Syberia
Edit:
Just seen a couple of remarks so it won’t be Syberia!
Life is what it is.
That reminds me of Syberia
And rightfully so, because it IS Syberia.
Well done.
Just seen a couple of remarks so it won’t be Syberia!
If you pay attention to what other people say (myself included ) you’ll never ammount to much. 99% of what people say is rubbish anyway.

You’re right Z - glad I didn’t delete Syberia as an offer and only didn’t because I felt that that would be a sort of cheating, if you see what I mean.
That scene is from Barrockstadt, on the far side of the river on the way to the wall and leaving Barrockstadt.
I was thinking, the next time I had a chance of setting a scene, of putting into words(!) the old saying “A picture paints a thousand words” via a thousand word poem.
But I don’t think that would be too popular somehow so I’ll refrain
New scene coming soon but it might be 24 hours away.
Life is what it is.
Let’s see if I’ve remembered how to do this:
Life is what it is.
No sewage system huh?
No, no pipes this time. But that’s what I like about Syberia: you can choose ten screenshots from it without having (almost) anyone figuring out those are from the same game.

Hey, we (unfortunately) already got a poet(ry) corner around here.
But I don’t think that would be too popular somehow so I’ll refrain
Good for you too, because otherwise some of us will come at you like a ton of very heavy objects.
Edit: There’s something Commander Bloodish about this screenshot of yours, Jabod.

I know I started the poetry thing but I wasn’t expecting anyone else to follow suit!

I’m really a (very large) pussycat you know and I would hate to upset the locals in such a manner Besides, I really didn’t have time to create the damn thing

As I’ve never played that game Zobraks, and I do only post stuff from games I have played, I’m afraid that’s a
Life is what it is.
Long shot…Dear Esther?
I’ve been meaning to play Dear Esther Sefir (which means it’s a for you I’m afraid) but have never got round to purchasing a copy. From what I’ve read about the game and from the few scenes I’ve seen I can understand why you could think that it was a possibility.
