This thread is where we vote for the next Community Playthrough.
To keep it from growing unnecessarily long (and ultimately irrelevant for the CPT’s at hand), only the voting rounds for the previous and the current Community Playthrough can be found here.

The voting rounds for earlier CPT’s can be found in the Archived thread.

And I’d like to play Shivers after all with Intense Degree as a leader.

I have already played TWP and Shardlight is not very good so I will vote for The Dame Was Loaded.

I guess FPFP deserves another shot at second place.

Yep, I’ll add my vote for Shivers and would be happy to lead.

I will also nominate and vote for Life is Strange, feeling the need to replay that one sometime soon. Smile

Thanks Intense Degree!

I would probably take part in a playthrough for any of the games nominated so far (although Shivers is not so easily accessible) but for the time being I can’t resist voting for Life Is Strange!

Thimbleweed Park (1) - Mikekelly (leader)
The Dame Was Loaded (2) - Oscar, Luhr28
Shardlight (2) - Mikekelly (leader), dumbeur
Shivers (2) - Intense Degree (leader), Doom
Freddy Pharkas Frontier Pharmacist (1) - rtrooney
Life Is Strange (2) - Intense Degree, chrissie

N.B. Apart from Shivers which I understand if you have the original disc(s?) can be played via ScummVM the other games listed so far are available from GOG and/or Steam & it does help AGers to use the links to those sites from this site! Smile

I’ll cast a vote for Shivers. I loved the game when it first came out. And I’m more than curious how ID is going to take a random, non-linear game and break it into playable sections.

Note: Shivers 1 is a single disk. Although, if it wins, I will give it a try with ScummVM, but at the GOG price, it’s no bid deal to buy it again.

My error. It is still on the wishlist: https://www.gog.com/wishlist/games/shivers

Edit two: Unless they are going by aliases, I don’t see any familiar names on the wish list. Including my own. Regardless of what happens in this playthrough, if we all join the wishlist, perhaps it will become available.

When it was nominated for the last playthrough, I checked GOG and found the above link. I then found its sibling, Lighthouse, at a good price, and nominated it as an alternative. I conflated the two. Sorry.  Frown

Edit one: I imagine “somebody” has successfully played this using ScummVM. I’ve got the latest version sitting on my desktop. If, when we get close to the end of the nominating/voting period, and Shivers is still in the running, I’ll try to load and play it. Will report the results.

In the meantime ... since we’re currently in the same position as we were in the last nominating session, I’ll nominate Lighthouse, as I know it’s available on GOG. (Unless they pulled it while I wasn’t looking.)
