So, what is the dream? A classic point-and-click adventure? Or something more modern like Life is Strange, Dreamfall Chapters in a 3D open-world but with some action scenes?

I’d like to see a badass mature adventure in this vein - roads, bikers, dystopian future, doors kicking, but Full Throttle was a finished story, just like Grim Fandango. A sequel would only ruin good memories. And Schafer is not particularly badass anymore. Hopefully Ron Gilbert will come up with something similar.

Yeah, Ben and Maureen’s story was pretty complete by the end of Full Throttle but it would be interesting to get Schafer’s thoughts on where he thinks the characters would be now.

Ben would probably be alone and retired with his memories while Maureen is as hardened and pragmatic as her old man.

And if you think Schafer has lost his edge, Full Throttle is now a Disney property so I would hold off on a sequel at any rate.

Yeah, 3 words for retirement,
retirement means death and I
really doubt Ben would retire.

As for Maureen she is untouchable,
and thank you for info how she is Wink

I tought of completely new game,
futuristic point and click (on Andromeda star maybe)

Phooey!  All the retired people I know are more active than ever.  My late husband customized and rode bikes nearly every day until his late 60s.

I think an announcement of The Full Throttle Remaster by Double Fine at E3 is more likely
