Slap Village
a western adventure.
http://store.steampowered.com/app/480900/?snr=1_5_1100__1100
on steam now
Played for about an hour, ok classic adventure, looks and sounds decent but it’s doing anything special so far. Reached an arcade sequence like in SQ1.
Bumpity bump. Grabbed this alongside Quadrilateral Cowboy.
Awesome production values for a complete unknown title - the character design reminds me of Dexter’s Laboratory.
its look good, but actually, i still havent played or download.. too many priorities, even with other adventures
how good is it? anyone tried.

Like ship sequence
I never finished the game, kind of lost interest
It’s a very nice cartoony style AG, just what I like it the most! Humour is based mostly on the past and the present mixed jokes, quite nice! Music is minimalistic but very addictable. Puzzles are mostly inventory based but there is also one very original arcade puzzle feet wrestling. Voice acting is not bad at all. I was hoping for a few locations more when a map travel was available but maybe later.
I am looking at the “awesome production values.”
I would say they look quite awful compared to Al Emmo.
But, of course it’s on Steam, so I will not be playing it.
For whom the games toll,
they toll for thee.
Good Lord, I have no idea how/why am i enjoying this silly adventure!
not bad as it looks, at all.. recommended if only you are a hardcore traditional olde(er) school adventures and can keep up with adventures while never minding some silly puzzles (still easy) and dialogues along the way
I read this is a chapter based. Is the full game out now or only 1 episode?

I got quite hooked on the game & although it wasn’t amongst the best I’ve played it was very pleasing & engaging enough.

The 1st Chapter is complete in itself i.e. you may end up wanting more but it does end satisfactorily I thought.
