Finally something I recognised at first sight.

Based on those wavy lines, I’ll guess The Dark Eye.

Since I’m up to my proverbials in alligators today, if anyone else would like to post a screenshot, please feel free to take my place.

i know (or we) that you keep almost the track record images used in this thread and some other actions as well Z, just outta curiosity how many times the Dark Eye have you used so far?
This was the third time I posted screenshots from The Dark Eye (for the eleven years of taking part in this topic).

its a very interesting-looking adventure that i never tried out at all before, and it seems that many are intrigued by it, besides you also LK, Bastich, and many more, so it feels as if i come across it (only here) on a regular basis, nevertheless when I checked it’s playthrough/gameplaying long ago, it felt like it is by far the whackiest of those that i never played.
Thanks man anyways.

I used to think gators were the better species between them and crocodiles, but if they stop you from posting screenshots then that’s incredibly mean of them and I’ll have to retract my earlier ranking as the superior reptile.

Try it by all means. It’s great if you like spooky stuff (‘without zombies/monsters leaping from every side’ kind), it doesn’t say “Boo!”, it just makes something that can be scared inside of you quake, you kinda resonate with the game, at least it was the case with me.
I played it 15 years ago with my daughter and she still recalls the spooky sounds from (one and only) The Dark Eye.

Well, it’s based on E.A. Poe‘s opus - enough said. He’s one of my favo(u)rite writers.
Thanks man anyways.
You’re welcome.

I had no idea, now I really want to play it. Besides, apparently Burroughs did some voice acting on it, my 16-year-old self would have been extatic
William Burroughs did a hell of a job.

I missed the 2-million views mark (W-O-W), it was passed while I had been offline.

Did the alligators eat Lady Kestrel? I hope they don’t catch something, she doesn’t look like something I’d eat.
