Time for a new community playthrough
It was untended as one. So , yes, I vote for The Dream Machine. Will still wait to see if GOG matches Steam’s price.
For whom the games toll,
they toll for thee.
Nominations and voting for community playthrough #82 will end on Monday, March 25.
The Dream Machine (6) - Lady Kestrel (leader), Walas74, Chrissie, Keybordz, IronCretin, Rtrooney
Difficult roads often lead to beautiful destinations.
That is logical @rtrooney - I also prefer GoG.
Hi! I think there was a rule about five days without any new vote, and let’s be honest, I think it is pretty clear that The Dream Machine will win, so… what if we declare it now?
Currently translating Strangeland into Spanish. Wish me luck, or send me money to my Paypal haha

I couldn’t agree more!
PROM, NAPOL, PROM! - The Rise of the Golden Idol
@rtrooney et al. Looks like The Dream Machine is also on sale through GOG, now!
@IC Thanks for the heads up. I’m wagering that Dream Machine is the winner so I bought it on GOG this morning.

Due to some personal committments, the soonest I can get things up and running would be Friday evening. If no one objects, I’ll post the thread then.

I’ve heard a lot about The Dream Machine during all those years, but I was always put off each time I looked through videos/screenshots. The game just gives me creeps and feels very uninviting for some reason. But I don’t want to suggest other games seeing how many people want to play it, so I’d rather wait for another CPT.
PC means personal computer
It does have some surreal and creepy moments, Doom, but there are reasons for them. The story and puzzles are very good, and the main characters, despite their strange looks, are likable.

I don’t mind creepy moments, it’s just that the presentation feels off-putting to me… Either way, I’m afraid I don’t have time for a CPT right now, so it’s probably for good. Maybe I’ll play it in the future, reading through your playthrough
