Carol Reed?
tsa
This is what Mikael said this past November over at Game Boomers…
Early this spring, Carol came over to me and told me a story I almost didn’t believe. After checking some key factors in her story I came to the conclusion that she was 100 percent reliable, as always.
Since then, I’ve spent most of the time trying to make a decent game out of her adventure, and I hope to have it released sometime early next year. I haven’t decided on a title yet though.

So it looks like we will see a new Carol Reed game announced soon.

Er… Cold Case Summer?
Is he running out of game titles? What does that even mean?

Just an uneducated guess…
Doesn’t all of Carol Reeds Mystery’s take place in the summer? Doesn’t she always visit her Allotment? And it looks like this game will look into an unsolved murder from 1986 (a cold case) What do ya think?

Ah. That makes sense. Uneducated or not, your English is better than mine
Anyway, can’t wait to play it. The screens look delicious.

Great news!
Thanks, GF.
Looks like Bigge will (finally) replace his (proverbial) broom with a (machine?) gun!
He sure looks like a (Swedish!?!) mafia boy here .

It seems to me that I could really like this series…
The truth can’t hurt you, it’s just like the dark: it scares you witless but in time you see things clear and stark. - Elvis Costello
Maybe this time I can be strong, but since I know who I am, I’m probably wrong. Maybe this time I can go far, but thinking about where I’ve been ain’t helping me start. - Michael Kiwanuka
One thing I dislike about the only Carol Reed game I played was the immense amount of boring backtracking. Maybe the developer can liven his next game up with some light platforming? Just a suggestion…

Or how about combat? Some ninjas could unexpectedly jump out and attack you and you must defeat them. Or pirates, I’m easy.
But really, the backtracking isn’t too bad (no worse than say, Grim Fandango). I’m playing the Capri games right now and the amount of backtracking is ridiculous. Worth it for the scenery though. The photography in CR is so good you want to see it more than once.
That’s a Carol Reed game? Wow! What an improvement.
BTW, have you looked in the mirror lately, Arthur?
I agree about the backtracking in the lovely Capri games, Oscar. Terrible map in the first one too. Confusing doesn’t begin to describe it.

What, do I have something on my face? (Oscar betrayed me, took off his hatsie, and now I have to also )
