Carmel Games on Flashpoint
Any of you guys dig that wildly large trove of like, 10-minute long PnC’s Carmel Games put out in the last decade?
They were all Flash games and seemed like low-effort cash grabs at first blush, but I honestly think these were just folks who really loved the genre and needed to crank out games at a breakneck pace to make a living off of it… Anyway, Flashpoint -that project to archive all the Flash games lost when Adobe pulled Flash support from the entire internet- has ALL of Carmel Games’ catalogue and I’ve been blazing through the 100-or-so in the past couple days.
Anyone play these? Anyone have thoughts?
I haven’t played any Carmel Games, but after scrolling through the list of Flash games, the sheer number is mind boggling. I remember playing a miniscule number of them: Samorost, Brain Hotel, and Grow. Flashpoint looks like a good resource.
