Is it Obsidian?

Ignorance + Poverty = Crime, Ignorance + Wealth = Corruption, Ignorance + Freedom = Chaos, Ignorance + Authority = Tyranny, Ignorance + Religion = Terrorism

Here’s the summary so far:
Clues - Bones, Ancient
It’s a sci-fi, not a horror game.
It isn’t cartoony, and it has live-action actors
It’s not based on a TV show nor on any non-video intellectual property, such as a book, movie, comic, etc.
It was released in the 1990s.
It doesn’t feature a graveyard.
The action of the game takes place on planet Earth, and there’s an AI in the game.
There isn’t any panning in the game.
It’s not Grim Fandango nor Obsidian.

I’ll hold off on another clue until tomorrow.
