i ve heard of this game Hypnospace Outlaw which reminds me of those shots, but i know not sure.

I can totally see why you would think of Hypnospace Outlaw - in fact the first time I heard about it it reminded me of the game I’m trying to make you guess. It’s a slightly older game, but not by much, and it received way less attention. And there’s a very big hint somewhere in the screeshot.
