What adventure games are you looking forward to most in 2018?
Here’s my list:
The Wolf Among Us 2 - hopefully the first episode will be released in 2018.
Telling Lies - I’ll be looking forward to anything Sam Barlow develops.
Orwell 2 - Orwell is one of the best games I played this year.
Chuckel - it’s possible that one day I will get tired of the cute Amanita games, but not yet.
Council of Crows - it annoys me that it’s taking Jonas Kyratzes forever to release this indiegogo game, but he’s still one of my favorite developers.
State of Mind - where is it? why is there no news, Daedalic and Martin Gantefoehr?
Kentucky Route Zero, part 5 - I want an excuse to replay the previous episodes.
The Last Crown: Blackenrock - come on, Mr. Boakes!
The Poisoned Pawn - forgot all about it, until I watched the doc on twitch.
Too many sequels on my list…? Hm. Food for thought.
Sometimes, when I clean the rooms, I get a little curious and… erm… you know… snoop through our guests’s stuff. - This Bed We Made
Chuckel - it’s possible that one day I will get tired of the cute

From your list I’m quite keen to see Orwell 2 and KRZ part 5.
I would also add to that list:
Lamplight City
Stonewall Penitentiary
Beautiful Desolation
These two:
Kentucky Route Zero, part 5
The Last Crown: Blackenrock
I’ll definitely have to replay the earlier chapters of Kentucky Route Zero, but I don’t intend to start until I have part 5.
edit—
The above are the ones from Karlok’s list.
There are certainly others like Detective Di
or Knut Muller’s next game
but I haven’t really made a list of everything
and I don’t know which will be released in 2018.
Agree with many of the above, particularly Lamplight City and will add Unavowed and Gibbous (if it’s actually due in 2018!).
Asylum
Kentucky Route Zero (I haven’t played any of the episodes yet.)
Chuchel
Jenny LeClue
Difficult roads often lead to beautiful destinations.
Detroit
Gibbous - A Chtulhu Adventure
A Place for the Unwilling
Phoenix Springs
Poisoned Pawn
Lamplight City
Unavowed
Chuchel
Beautiful Desolation
Wolf Among Us 2
State of Mind
SpaceVenture
Lamplight City
Shenmue 3
Call of Cthulhu
Blacksad
Whispers of a Machine
Beautiful Desolation
The Last Crown: Blackenrock
I would add:
-AR-K (hopefully): final episode.
-Dead Syncronicity (unlikely): second and final(?) part.
-Blacksad (Pendulo Studios): looks gourgeous.
Currently translating Strangeland into Spanish. Wish me luck, or send me money to my Paypal haha
The Birdwatcher
Beautiful Desolation
The Coral Cave
although I think only Birdwatcher is scheduled for 2018
Asylum—> I believe!
Chuchel
Gibbous
The Pillars of the Earth (Final Episode)
State of Mind
Tex Murphy: The Poisoned Pawn
Truberbrook
Tsioque
Unavowed
The Wolf Among Us 2
The Mystery of Oak Island
Playing: 1) Broken Sword 5 2) Road 96
Great thread; the future of adventure gaming still seems quite exciting.
In no particular order:
The Wolf Among Us 2
Gibbous
Tex Murphy: Poisoned Pawn
It seems my list of adventures I’m looking forward to is relatively short this time around.
A Way Out
428: Shibuya scramble
25th Ward: The Silver Case
Detroit
Beautiful Desolation
Concrete Genie
Wolf Among Us 2
KZ0 Ep 5
The Gardens Between

The Percival Winklebottom Files: The Case of the Missing Poodle
Evil Darkness II: Shadows of Foreboding
Robomancer 2155
Coconut Island: The Curse Unleashed
Schloss Wittgenstein: Das Abenteuer des Philosophen
Unavowed - Im really excited to see how Dave merges the 2 genres.
