Any news of Bracken Tor or The Last Crown?
Toothache.
Seems like they haven’t even started bug testing it yet. With a 100 hours long game and a team consisting of 2 people it’s pretty safe to say that the games release is very far away.
That’s a very good point. 2058 doesn’t seem very unlikely then.
One hundred hours? That’s like…FOREVER!
I think the longest game I ver played, and finished, was The Longest Journey. Coming in at or about 25 hours, I was glad to see it end.
I’m thinking that if I devote a solid hour of game play-per-day to this, it will take me a third of a year to finish it. And, because I will want to do other things, play other games…it might take me two-thirds of a year to finish it. I’m not sure I have that kind of stamina. I bet I would reach some sort of breaking point before I hit the halfway point. No matter how good the game is.
I’m guessing that the designers are underestimating the amount of time it will take to finish a particular sequence. After all, they’re designing it, so they know what has to be done. Add 50%.
I’m with tsa. If the game still needs bug and beta testing, mid-2019 sounds optimistic.
For whom the games toll,
they toll for thee.
I played The Witness for 73 hours.
There’s no way it will be 100 hours. You all believe this joker after all he’s said?

Here… are the… games… I promised…
LOL
Most of us will play it in the afterlife then. Not sure the game would be any fun from that point of view though.

Haunting Nigel Danvers might be fun for a few hours, but 100 sounds excessive.

They say that the concept of time in the afterlife is nonexistent…
It appears we have some activity on both Blackenrock and a Glastonbury based project Mr B. is active with.
A video of his 3D work is up too half way down the page that auto starts. You’ll hear the music playing when the page loads.
Anyhoo, it looks like progress on a number of fronts.

Imagination will often carry us to worlds that never were. But without it we go nowhere.

Pretty impressive 3D video. Looks like Glastonbury and Blackenrock will be fascinating games…when they come out.
Hooray! It’s coming! We are finally getting…
...another holiday “special” set in the Lost Crown universe
I’ve already wishlisted Silent Night on Steam. Poor Nigel still didn’t get a new shirt.

Vest? The old one must have quite a few ectoplasm stains by now.
