Yes, it’s Toonstruck!
It’s funny actually, because the first thing that came up to me when I read ‘Doc’ was Bugs Bunny, after that thinking of Toonstruck(the connection being cartoon).
Then from there I realized the game starred Christopher Lloyd who played Doc Brown.
So my false assumption led to the correct one, even though both work in the end. But I am sure your keyword was supposed to be interpreted the BTTF way.

Doc was a BttF reference, of course. I was contemplating a Bob Hoskins keyword instead for the Roger Rabbit cartoon/FMV connection (and Roger Rabbit also featuring Christopher Lloyd), but figured that would probably be a tad too far-fetched…
