Adventure game sound… uh, game
No, there’s not another similar sounding clip (I don’t think) so I don’t know where my guess came from except I had a few windows up at the time & misinterpreted or my PC was still playing the one sound when I got to those later i.e. playing-up!

I recognize a few, but I’ll be darned if I can tell you exactly where they came from. I’m pretty sure there’s a Tex Murphy game involved in there somewhere!
