Dear Blogsie,
I just drove from my parent's place to here. It was a bit foggy but not foggy enough to block my view of this car: I almost had what Jeremy Clarckson calls a 'crisis' right there and then. What a brilliant car. |

Not that I know anything about cars, but that red one looks cool.
In other news. I had a horrible day at work. A complicated case got even more complicated. It took me most part of the day to sort things out and in the end we still had to postpone it.

Sure I can. Charlotte, on the other hand, is mildly irritated, but amused.

Snowmageddon 2010: The Aftermath. The snow's stopped and the sun is now shining. This region has already received an amount of snowfall equalling that of the entire previous winter in the last three days! The university and area schools are still closed, still no city bus service, but hopefully everything will be up and running tomorrow so I can finally get some work done!
(Just Google "snowmageddon" and "london ontario". Yikes.)

I did. You guys seems to have gotten 70 cm of snow these last days. Impressive!
We've got about 40 cm now and this morning it was -20C/ -4F outside. My dog didn't enjoy her morning walk. Part of it she hopped on three legs in order to keep at least one paw from the cold ground. As much as I like the crunching sound from walking on really cold snow and the muffled sounds, but it costs a lot to keep the house warm and it's really tiresome to constantly having to remove snow from the driveway. My thoughts are with you Trunk!

We had about 5 mm last night. It's annoying to have to remove all the snow from the car every day but for the rest I like the snow so far.

So wearing Plaid would be a good idea then? (since it should prevent me becoming a dead man)

Step is just making a sly reference to this movie.
Snowstorm over, back to work.

Yes, I was too. You see, there's a line: "All of a sudden I had to remember some words that Marlowe had told me over fifteen years ago: Dead men don't wear plaid. Hm. Dead men don't wear plaid. I still don't know what it means."

It's a great movie.
And my tentacles forgive you. See? They're very friendly. They want to give you a hug. I advise you not to struggle too much, or you might hurt yourself. |

I love your tentacles. Would they mind if I brought chopsticks and some soy sauce?

Suspected suicide bomb in central Stockholm injures two and panics shoppers
Scary, even if it was not entirely unexpected... and did not go entirely well. It's difficult to believe there won't be more to come, the way we are making enemies and importing them at the same time. No value judgments intended, but the entirety of the human race is depressing sometimes. Last edited by haptsonir; 12-11-2010 at 06:52 PM. |
