Holy Gamoli, Giligan!! I really thought someone close to you had DIED or something!!! Shame!! lol
I am sorry for your loss, though. I'd be just as distraught if my computer, Holly, died.

Heh.
It is actually kind of a disaster. Embarassingly, I'm not entirely sure what to do now that the Xbox is DOA. |

To be honest Gil, when reading your post I figured it wasn't what it appeared to be: you losing a dear friend, possibly gf.
I'm just too intuitive.

No fair. My X chromosomes didn't give me any super intuition powers.

Pretty sure. Even when I pretend to possess intuition, I'm really just spouting off nonsensical BS. I'd make a terrible fortune teller.
Maybe, but I'm too afraid of heights to try.

1. By learning all the ways children try to lie to you. Like my daughters today trying to blame me for the missing remote when in actuality I wasn't here to lose it. 2. The most important, you have already tried yourself to get away with the exact same thing and have tried to use all the same excuses and lies that the child is spewing at you. |

Hey all. So, I'm writing my very first review for here, and I'm full of nervous excitement. Looking for some info on the indie game on the internet, I run across a whole swamp of indie games I really want to play now, including some of Squinky's games! But I barely have time to write reviews for here, social life, and school work. I wish I didn't have such an obsession. But then again...would I? I'm pretty sure I wouldn't be so happy, either.

Dear Aggie: I finished the redesign for the index page for my graphic design website yesterday. I haven't loaded it up to my site because I'm still thinking about the other pages, and I have to figure out what the password for the site is, since my wife did the last redesign. I also want to work in a new page with a blog where I can post about works in progress. Currently, that link is going to my old View From My Desktop archive, which is all show and no tell. Uploading a Wordpress page to the site isn't too hard, but I need to come up with a theme that fits my website redesign scheme, and I have no idea how to make a Wordpress theme. Finally, I'm debating implementing some flash animation, which requires that I do some work in Fireworks to implement a transition that could take me a while to perfect, and I may end up not using it anyway because it might be a little too slow loading. I'm thinking about ways to speed it up, but really, I'm an amateur when it come to modern website building. My old websites were built in clunky HTML using rickety old WYSIWYG interfaces, back at the beginning of the decade when no one cared. I barely understand CSS or XML, and I can't build a proper business website with PHP and all that to save my life; another reason my business is failing. Anyway, when I get it done, I'll link to it so folks can see what I've done. It'll be the first time I've implemented a redesign of CvS.net myself and made it the way I envisioned it while I still had the idea fresh in my mind. |

See, this just proves my point. You've got more intuition than I do, and you're a man. Can we trade?

Hayz all. So, I was all excited about getting so many indie adventures!! Well, having some time of my hand, I tried some. They just didn't have the feeling that I usually have with adventure games, and even with the review I wrote for Mental Repairs Inc, I loved the game. But for some reasons, these few that I've stumbled upon just don't peak my interest. I rush through them, and I'm jsut not as excited as I usually am to play a game. :/ This is a sad revelation to me...so I'm just kind of in shock right now, and I hope I get my faith back.
It's got me feeling kind of an uneasy emptiness, and I hate this feeling. It wasn't any of Squinky's games, though. ...
