Dear Bloggie,
Three workdays left anymore. Then I'm off to Japan for winter vacation. Jaz, that Almartino video was really cool!

Have a safe trip, Kolzig.
And Jaz, hon, keep in mind that there aren't that many people making a living as an ocarina player, so 'professional' is a fairly relative term. More importantly though, every pro started as an enthusiastic amateur, and stuck with it because they enjoyed playing and enjoyed making people happy with their music. If you are achieving anything close to that, you're no less deserving than they, and you certainly have as much potential as any of them. Stick with it and you may surprise yourself. One day you could be the one some young player is looking at with a combination of respect and envy. |

Well, professional ocarina player was not quite what I meant. But professional musicians, like Almartino, and people who clearly already perform in concerts on quite a regular basis. Though I believe the woman who won the first place is just an amateur who is really good, I still doubt I'll ever be able to get anywhere close to that. (I mean, she won against Almartino! I am not even worthy to walk in her shadow! ) -

Hey all!!! *waves shyly*
There's this thing going around Facebook that I've gotten addicted to. It's these pictures of cartoon people, and a description, and you can tag which of your friends is which. The trouble is, my best friends tell me to stop, because they get 30 notifications sicne everyone replies to the picture. I don't want to piss my friends off, but I found cute Disney ones!!! lol Oh well, I have to control myself. I don't want to piss my friends off at me. lol How is everyone? I'm really sorry about that, Jaz.

I keep getting Poker invites on Facebook. I don't play Poker, folks! Even if I won that round back when we were playing, *despite* me eating the poker chips throughout the game (we used Oreos as poker chips. I ended up with at least two packets of oreos overall, I think, if not more. Like I said, I kept eating them.). -

I don't know if Twitter could handle Jessica. I think there is a 140 character limit.

I'm on Twitter already. I have...I don't know, two entries? I think that might even be exaggerating it. I am an introvert, not a social butterfly. I'm not even good at blogging, so twitter is a bit too much. -

I have a Live Journal, but I'm not to good at writing out things, either.

Cool! I never knew that.
Back on topic... I tell quite a lot about myself here already. I don't want to do that on Twitter too. So I stick to my favourite forum for the time being. |
