Andrea Morstabilini

Staff Bio

It all started on a hot, sultry summer afternoon, about eleven years ago. Back in those days, my uncle had an old PC in his torrid garage: there, we used to play a lot of games together - I remember Wolfenstein 3D, the first Doom, even Dune. None of these games excited me, intrigued me: so, in a sweltering mid-summer day, I went with him to a local store in search of a new treat to fill my afternoons: sifting through the shelves, I was struck by a cover depicting the savage scream of a fanged man shrouded by a gray-white drape. The Beast Within: A Gabriel Knight Mystery: my first adventure, and love at first sight… It all started there.

Maybe there’s nothing, ever, that can equal the recollection of having being young together

Outcry review

The quirky puzzle-driven adventure consciously explores deep themes, though it's often overshadowed by its own pretension.

Phantasmagoria: A Puzzle of Flesh review

This erotic FMV thriller is more schlock than shock, but there's perverse pleasure to be had for horror fans.
