Watch Over Christmas arrives on consoles just in time for the holidays
Indie game developer, Dionous Games, has announced the release of its popular game, Watch Over Christmas, on major gaming consoles. The game, which was previously released on Steam last year, is a 2D point-and-click adventure set on the night before Christmas and features fully voiced characters and dialogues.
In Watch Over Christmas, players take on the role of 12-year-old Cisco, who is called upon to save Christmas after Santa is kidnapped. The game includes more than 60 hand-drawn backgrounds, an original score, and a special companion. Other key features include classic puzzle-solving gameplay, 2D animations, and intuitive point-and-click controls.
The game is now available on Microsoft Xbox One and Series X|S, PlayStation 4 and 5, and Nintendo Switch. Dionous Games said that Watch Over Christmas is suitable for players of all ages and offers a unique Christmas experience. The game is available to purchase from the respective online stores for each console.
