Anyone know how I can do this? I want to post an image that is too large, so I would like to put a smaller picture link that could be clicked on to get a larger image.

I’ve seen this done in other forums but don’t know how to do it myself.

Thanks.

Some forums supports this directly, but I don’t believe this does or that it is possible to do exactly what you want. But it is possible to achieve the same simply by uploading two images one small and one full size, then have the [ img ] tag point to the small image and the url to the large image. Like this:

It will however take you to an external site, in this case imgur, when clicking to view the full size image.

That works. It’s clumsy, but it does the job.

Cheers.  Thumbs Up

A pretty accurate description of the whole forum software, tbh.

I use Postimage.org. Here is an example:

Clicky the picky!

Once you upload the image, use the “thumbnail for forums” link about half way down the page…the “copy” function is on the far right of the link. Then just paste it in the post where you want it using the paste command.
