Is it true that Obduction is frustrating in terms of travel-times between places of interest?

I have a hard time dealing with games that require the gamer to have enormous travel times between minute details of the story to the point of making a puzzle of any difficulty to become x100 harder out of mere waste of time or frustration. I heard that Obduction might be doing that with a lot of loading times.

Is it true?

Just as Wilco said, just hold down the up arrow key plus the W key.  I never used the shift combination as it was very fast but not easy to control direction.  Not only that but there are shortcuts which open up as you go along.

If you’re interested don’t let the little niggles you hear about hold you back.  It’s one of the best adventure games you’ll ever play.  PC World just voted it best game of 2016 and they are usually not big on adventure games.  Plus you’ll get a souped up jeep to use when it’s needed!

The maze puzzle was soooo annoying. So much walking back and forth and HORRIBLE loading times despite fast SSD. Maybe loading times are better now, I played it when it was released.
