I had a flash yesterday and today I checked a walkthrough on youtube just to be sure.
The game is Lost In Time.
And we finally have a YEEEESSSSSSSSS!!! 
Lost in time it is! The first song (which is the one I like) is from inside the manor of Doralice’s uncle. (the one with the fireplace)
The second one is from the ending, the third one is from inside the ship, one of the scenes you come back to many times, and the last is the main character (Doralice) speaking just after she wakes after being sent back in time on the same ship she was searching on, but not realising yet where she is (or when, in time 
).
I also mentioned a sci fi cliche. I was talking about time travel and changing events.

So many years have passed that I barely remember playing Lost In Time… But the third sound clip with the speech part gave me the hint I needed.
