Run Lola Run is a great movie. I haven’t seen it in years. You guys have me wanting to watch it again.

Reperfection is a semi-recent game along these lines, but unfortunately only one episode was released. The protagonist ends up in a situation where either his wife dies or his son dies depending on which choices he makes, and keeps reliving it trying to save them both.

Also for anyone who likes young adult books, Before I Fall is a great one like this, about a girl who dies in a car accident and then spends seven days reliving the last day of her life to try to avoid it / figure out what happened. When I read it, I remember thinking it would make a great adventure game.

There are also a couple of Telltale games that play with this theme… Back to the Future, of course, but also Sam & Max: Chariots of the Dogs. Those aren’t exactly time loops, but you get to replay sequences you played in other episodes to try to make something different happen.
