Hey adventure fans!

My name is Carlos, from Risin’ Goat. We are developing A Rite from the Stars, a 3d point n’ click adventure and we would like to announce that we are currently on Kickstarter.

A Rite from the Stars is the story of Kirm, a mute boy from the Makoa tribe, proud inhabitants of the Mystical Island of Kaikala. At first, Kirm’s goal seems easy: becoming a man. However, the Stars have chosen him to become a legend among his peers. In order to complete his rite of passage he will have to master three paths: Wisdom, Courage and Spirit... And once they are completed, a Final Trial.

The concept of rite of passage has always has always fascinated us, so we have built the game experience around it.

- More than 2 hours of OST based on ancient civilizations

That’s a very Monkey Island map you have there. With elements of Myst, if I understand the descriptions right???

Well, it’s imposible to make an adventure game without Monkey Island in mind.

However, the game has a third-person perspective and it’s not focused on exploration.

You sure this is a point n click adventure, though? Seems to me as an odd thing to call it with neither inventory nor cursor around. I think it looks cool nonetheless. I like the music and narrator. Good job.

Having just made a trailer of my own, here’s a tip: Include what platforms the game is for at the end of the trailer to avoid confusion. (or simply write it in the description if you want an easy edit!)
