A new Tim Schafer Game ? (Nope, Massive Chalice by Double Fine)
Read on JeuxVideo.com (french), Tim Schafer is gonna annoncing something new tomorrow. Not a sequel, not a port or a remake. Can’t wait to know.
Oooh, exciting!
Duckman: Can you believe it? Five hundred bucks for a parking ticket?
Cornfed Pig: You parked in a handicapped zone.
Duckman: Who cares? Nobody parks there anyway, except for the people who are supposed to park there and, hell, I can outrun them anytime.
I don’t know why, but I have a feeling it won’t be an adventure game. Hope I’m wrong.
It’s a new Double Fine game. I’m pretty sure it’s not a new Tim Schafer game.
I don’t know why, but I have a feeling it won’t be an adventure game. Hope I’m wrong.
I thought the same. You’re probably right, but I hope it’s wrong too.

EDIT:

But the announcement is not that. It’s not a title that we’ve ever talked about before.
Its Tactical Strategy Game, called Massive Chalice
Another KickStarter…...wat
Atleast show some proper BrokenAge trailer before that but ah well , never mind

Well Brian Fargo did return to Kickstarter with a massive success, I backed both. I don’t see why Double Fine can’t do the same with at least some level of success, but I doubt I’ll be backing this, as this really isn’t my genre.
He He i loved that pitch video.
You have to play the game, to find out why you are playing the game! - eXistenZ
Pitch video was hilarious!
TRPG like Fire Emblem maybe is also a good thing for me, so backed withour reservations.
I really have no problem if Double Fine continues to fund all their projects through kickstarter if that means not wasting time in kinect garbage.
“Jokestealer Pro Trial Version” - somebody at DF watched the new Arrested Development episodes.
Backed this instantly. I love Brad Muir, he’s incredibly entertaining whenever he’s on Giant Bomb.
Loved that video.
The concept looks interesting, even if I’m not fond of turn-based games. Wait and see…
I think I’ll sit this one out. Don’t really play a lot of strategy games… so yeah… Part of me is glad it isn’t an adventure game because at least it won’t undercut that Armikrog kickstarter going on right now.
