Adventure game scene… uh, game (continued)
It’s so dark that I’m almost tempted to suggest it’s from Oknytt…
The truth can’t hurt you, it’s just like the dark: it scares you witless but in time you see things clear and stark. - Elvis Costello
Maybe this time I can be strong, but since I know who I am, I’m probably wrong. Maybe this time I can go far, but thinking about where I’ve been ain’t helping me start. - Michael Kiwanuka
Chronicle of Innsmouth!
ok. here is something that looks easy
That looks almost like a guitar neck.
i didnt see it, but see, you read into my subconscious
——
no, not Oknytt as you know Timo

Chronicle of Innsmouth!
Damn,
i wanted to at least have another round, lol… go on VP
I had the same experience not too long ago, with my vegetables in space..Luhr28 ended that mystery within half an hour!
That game over screen, though.
Here’s an odd one:
I don’t know many old Apple (Mac?) games. Deja Vu?
Correct!
The game had quite a few ports. Both the Windows 3.1 and the DOS release seem to have sunk into the mire of history, though. The MacVenture/IIGS edition is available on steam. Not a recommendation per se, but it sure has it’s moments.
Alright, Luhr28, show us how it’s done!
Alright, Luhr28, show us how it’s done!
Talk about laying on the pressure!
Gasp.
Is this..
The Adventures of Maddog Williams in the Dungeons of Duridian?
Looks like “showing how it’s done” isn’t one of Luhr’s talents…
It is indeed Maddog Williams. I wonder if that sequel will ever see the light of day.
The helm is yours, Herbal Celebration.
It was pure serendipity on my part. That game and a dictionary taught me English at the age of 8.
I feel a weird combination of pride and guilt. Mixed with amusement over my new nickname.
I’ll stick to the horticultural theme:
I could swear I’ve seen this before.
It’s not Prominence, is it?
Thank you Salad Shindig
Next up, someone you’re no doubt intimately acquainted with:
The Psychotron
Everybody wants to be Cary Grant.
Even Me.
-Cary Grant
Correctotron!
Looks like obscure 90s games aren’t obscure after all.
